We're building our Customer Success team at Xempla | AI-Native FM Ops Platform As more rollouts happen and new customers come on board, we want a small, skilled team that gets customers live quickly, keeps things running well, and shows the value in everyday maintenance decisions. Here's what we're looking at: Implementation Project Coordinator (Kolkata, hiring now): runs customer rollouts as projects, owning plans, timelines, risks and status reporting. They'll work internally with our product and data teams and externally with customer and partner teams, so every rollout goes live on time. Data and Onboarding Engineer: works with CMMS data, BMS point mapping, asset registers and integrations, so each new rollout is faster than the last. Remote Operations Analyst or Engineer: monitors and triages faults centrally and turns them into clear escalations and good-quality work orders. BMS and HVAC know-how matters here. Customer Success Lead: owns adoption, value reviews and customer relationships, and leads the team. The Implementation Project Coordinator role is open now, and the others will open over the coming weeks.
