Sales & Care Operations LeadInGoodHands
In my late 20s, I spent a month on bed rest with 40% of the cartilage in my left knee gone. For the first time, I was overweight and felt helpless in a body that was becoming increasingly unfamiliar.
I had to rebuild my health, experimenting, getting things wrong, giving up, and trying again. Today, at 37, I'm in the best shape of my life and running marathons.
But the most profound change wasn't physical. I learnt to appreciate my body more and realised how much the right support, at the right time, can matter. I was fortunate to have access to nutrition, fitness and mental health experts who helped me find my way back.
This experience deepened my empathy for people struggling with their health. I’ve seen how different life feels when health improves: clarity of mind, freedom from pain, and feeling at home in your body again. I want more people to experience this without having to figure everything out alone.
I've long wanted to build something meaningful, in service of others. Rebuilding my health gave me that direction.
My research led me to GLP-1s and their potential to change how we approach obesity and metabolic health. In India, more than 400 million people are affected by excess weight. As GLP-1 treatments become more affordable, I see an opportunity to make personalised obesity care accessible to millions more.
That’s why we (Nikita Dresswala, Pavan P M, and I) are building InGoodHands.
We've helped 100 people transform their lives. Every story reminds me why this matters. Our ambition is to help 100 million more. I want this to be my life's work.
We’re hiring a Sales & Care Operations Lead and a Product Lead to help us build it. If this resonates with you or someone you know, DM me. I’d love to talk.
