As a Vendor Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing relationships with hundreds of vendors and thousands of brands to ensure operational excellence. You will play a key role in maintaining our reach across 19,000+ pin codes by streamlining vendor interactions and optimizing supply operations.
what you'll do:
- Manage and maintain active relationships with a portfolio of 600+ vendors and 2,800+ brands.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, performance monitoring, and compliance with platform standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory availability and catalog accuracy for e-commerce listings.
- Resolve vendor escalations regarding operational hurdles or logistical issues.
- Analyze sales trends and vendor performance metrics to drive category growth.
- Ensure consistent adherence to service level agreements across all managed accounts.
