As a Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process to create intuitive interfaces for both job seekers and hiring managers. You will play a key role in defining how users interact with our AI-driven matching features in a mobile-first environment.
what you'll do:
- Design intuitive user journeys that simplify the hiring process for diverse user groups.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on features based on real-world feedback.
- Create low and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate complex interaction flows.
- Collaborate directly with engineering and product stakeholders to ship polished, accessible products.
- Translate complex platform logic into clean, user-friendly data visualizations and interfaces.
