We're a fast-growing building materials platform delivering cement, wires, paints & hardware to construction sites in under 60 minutes, and we need a data-driven planner to own the inventory behind that promise. 📍 Ashok Nagar, Bangalore | Full-time, Permanent 🧑‍💼 2–5 years of experience 💰 Up to ₹12 LPA ✅ What you'll do • Forecast SKU-level demand and plan reorder points, safety stock and replenishment across dark stores and hubs • Analyze sales and inventory data to spot fast-moving, slow-moving and dead stock • Build dashboards and reports on turnover, fill rate, stockouts and ageing inventory • Run cycle counts, reconcile system vs physical stock and find the root cause of variances • Work with Ops, Category, Procurement, Finance and Tech teams to keep supply lean 🎯 What we're looking for • 2–5 years in demand planning, inventory management or supply chain analytics (quick-commerce, e-commerce or retail preferred) • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and working knowledge of SQL • Hands-on experience with OMS / WMS / ERP systems • Clear understanding of safety stock, ABC analysis, FIFO/FEFO and demand forecasting • Power BI / Tableau experience is a plus 🌱 High-ownership culture with fast growth into Senior Analyst and Category roles.
