We are hiring : (October Hiring)! One year of A Little Hum. And we're hiring for our next big leap! 🚀 A year ago, Divya and I started A Little Hum with an idea and a lot of conviction. One year later, we've built a growing community of learners, expanded across residential societies and put together a team that's helping us bring this vision to life. All of this, bootstrapped. One society, one learner, one milestone at a time. As we enter Year 2, we're hiring across 3 roles in Bangalore: 📸 Marketing (0–2 years) – Content, storytelling, brand building, videos and creatives. 🌱 Business Development (0–2 years) – Community partnerships, new society launches and growth. 🚀 Business Growth & Operations Lead (4–5 years) – Business ownership, team leadership, growth and scaling operations. Freshers and 6-month interns welcome for Marketing & BD roles. Bias for action isn't just a value anymore. It's a way of life. 2. You don't have the luxury of walking away from problems. You figure out how to make things work. 3. Relationships, feedback and people who believe in you become invaluable. 4. Building a team isn't just about hiring talent. It's about building a culture and values you stand by. 5. Founder guilt is real. You're torn between celebrating how far you've come and worrying about how far you have to go. 6. Somewhere in all this, you need to remind yourself that you chose this journey to enjoy it, irrespective of where it takes you. Year 1 has taught us a lot. Year 2 will demand a lot more.
