📍 Hyderabad / Bengaluru | Hybrid🏢 Broadridge Financial Solutions We’re looking for a Solutions Lead who combines hands-on engineering expertise, product thinking, and team leadership to take ideas from problem discovery to production-ready proof of concepts. Guided by Google Ventures’ Design Sprint principles, we tackle high-impact problems and deliver near-production-ready POCs in three-week sprints. We move fast, validate with real users, and hand off solutions built to scale.
