𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 Builders who have actually shipped. All roles are 0 to 1 and high ownership. You'll figure things out, make decisions on your own and own your work end to end. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 Startup hustlers who have vibe coded or built and shipped apps, tools, features or experiments to production. You'll research, find opportunities, talk to users, prototype, experiment, build and launch. The role goes beyond product into GTM, content and distribution to find what actually gets traction. 𝗔𝗜 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 Forward deployed engineers who have built AI apps, agents, tools or features and put them in production with real users. You'll work directly with customers and the product team to scope problems. You'll test ideas fast through POCs, double down on what works and own it from prototype to production. You know when a quick hack is enough and when something needs to be built properly. - Stack: Python, Django, Postgres, LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
