As our network of therapists grows, we need a dedicated person to invest more deeply in therapist hiring, training & supervision, workshops, and programs that help them build better practices.
We're looking for someone who understands therapy but is equally curious about the business of therapy.
You might be a good fit if:
✅ You have 2+ years of counselling experience and understand different schools of therapy.
✅ You can confidently have a conversation with a therapist with 10 years of experience about their work and therapeutic approach.
✅ You can give therapists constructive feedback with empathy and confidence.
✅ You're comfortable with Excel, data, and understanding what metrics like client retention tell us.

You'll work closely with Richi Parasrampuria, me, our passionate team of Therapy Experience Managers, and 50+ individual and couples therapists. From therapist selection and onboarding to feedback, retention, training, and practice development, you'll get exposure to nearly every aspect of running a therapy platform. You'll walk away with a strong network of therapists and a solid understanding of the business of therapy, including what makes therapy effective and what helps therapists build sustainable practices.
📍 Bengaluru, in-office (Koramangala). Preference for candidates already in the city; open to those who can relocate within 30 days.
