First Thought Agency is hiring for different roles.
1. Someone to lead a few key accounts in Influencer Marketing, beauty brands preferably. 1-2 years experience.
2. A video editor who can edit our branded reels. Should know FCP or PP. 1-2 years experience.
3. A copywriter who writes and speaks the language of social media. Not sure if such term exists but we need an "Influencer Copywriter" where the task is to come up with trending hooks, concepts, ideas, scripts, etc. for our brands and the influencers we work with.
4. Someone who can join our LinkedIn team and help with LinkedIn campaigns' executions. We're already running one of the biggest LinkedIn agencies in India, and need to make it even bigger.
Things that are valued the most at this small org. are accountability, and taking ownership. And accountability doesn't mean you've to be present all the time, it's the fact that even if you aren't, you've informed the others to take care of things in your absence.
Things I can assure you - you'll love the culture and the brands we work with.
You don't have to please me or any bosses, only the clients. If they're happy, as a company we'll prosper. So treat it that way.
We're a young agency, so the team is full of energy and hyperactive. For now, cannot have people who stay away from their phones for long or prefer a 3-hour flight on a Monday afternoon. Our industry doesn't allow that, harsh as it may sound.
PS : The job is purely remote, even though we do have an office in Gurgaon for those who like a chair and desk.
