Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions of someone's life, and it almost always starts with search. At Redfin, that search (and increasingly, that conversation) is the front door to the entire experience. We're looking for a Senior PM to own it end to end. This is a rare PM role where you get both:  🔍 Classical search at scale: sorting, relevance ranking, and personalization for millions of users across web and mobile.  🤖 The AI frontier: shaping the next generation of conversational search, where people describe the home they want and we actually understand them. You'll own the strategy, the metrics, and the A/B tests. You'll go deep with engineering on ranking models, embeddings, and retrieval, and then translate it all the way up to the exec audience.
