#Hiring Alert I have a business to build. And I’m looking for people who want to build it with me. When we started Namma PropTech, the idea was simple: Legal documentation of the property shouldn’t be so complicated. Today, through our sister brand, EKhataAssist , we’ve delivered 10,000+ property documents and served thousands of customers. But honestly, I feel we’ve only scratched the surface. I want to build Namma PropTech into a place where people can get everything related to property under one roof — from due diligence and legal drafting to documentation and registration. And to make that happen, I need the right people beside me. Not just employees. People who take ownership, question things, bring ideas to the table and genuinely care about what they’re building. So, I’m opening up a few opportunities at our office in Nagasandra, Bengaluru. Who am I looking for? ⚖️ Legal Trainees — People who can think independently, draft real estate documents, solve legal problems and help us build technology-driven legal solutions. 📈 Marketing Trainees — People who understand digital marketing, know how to generate leads, create campaigns and turn attention into actual business. 🤝 Sales Trainees — People who enjoy talking to customers, building relationships and converting opportunities into results. ⚙️ Operations Trainees — People who can manage people, organise workflows, solve everyday problems and make the entire business run better. I’m especially interested in people with a legal background, a management mindset or an entrepreneurial streak. You don’t need to know everything already. I value people who are curious, willing to learn, comfortable taking responsibility and bold enough to suggest a better way of doing things. I want us to build a team where good ideas are heard, initiative is valued and people grow as the company grows.
