I'm hiring Product Managers to sit close to our clients, take their real problem statements, and turn them into shipped products. This is a role for early-career PMs who want to go deep on both the problem and the build, not just write requirements. What I'm looking for: 🎯 Own the problem: Understand a client's problem statement end to end, break it down into epics, tasks and story points, and drive it to delivery. 🧩 Think in systems: Solid understanding of APIs, system design and low-level design. You should be able to hold your own in a design discussion with engineers. 🛠️ Prototype fast: Comfortable putting together quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing engineering effort. 📊 Understand data: Know how to read, structure and model data, and the techniques behind it. 🧠 Strong problem-solving, ownership and product mindset.
