A note to my network: Over the past few months, I’ve been building a quantitative trading desk from the ground up for a Zug-based firm, working alongside some of the sharpest minds in the digital asset and FX markets. The desk is now growing, and I am expanding our team in India. I prefer hiring directly through my network rather than public job boards, so I would appreciate any introductions — including people early in their careers. 1. Junior Quant Developer — Support Weekdays, India hours | Delhi NCR, in office 1–2 years of experience, or a strong recent graduate, with good Python. You will help keep our automated trading systems and tools running smoothly, spot problems early, and write down what you learn. We will teach you the trading side. 2. Junior Quant Analyst — Arbitrage and Prediction Markets Saturday to Wednesday, day and night shifts | Delhi NCR, in office Early career. Comfortable with data, Python and SQL, and happy to work shifts. An interest in markets matters more than experience in them — we will teach you how the strategies work. 3. Business Operations Manager — India Delhi NCR, in office Four to eight years, with time in management consulting, a strategy team or business operations at a fast-growing company. The person who runs the hub — office, contracts, hiring and whatever needs solving. Across all three, what I am really looking for is curiosity and a willingness to learn. The rest can be taught.
