Are you the person people turn to when things get messy—and the one who figures out how to stop the same mess from happening again?
I’m looking for someone to run execution across my 25-person team at LawSikho.
We work across learner engagement, roadmap calls, live sessions and sales. A lot happens between a learner joining us and a business outcome being achieved. I need someone who can connect the dots, spot what’s breaking, get the right people moving and make the system work better.
What you’ll do:
* Make sure work gets done on time and to the right standard.
* Figure out why execution or results are falling short, using data and ground-level insights.
* Turn problems into solutions, and solutions into processes that actually stick.
* Hold people accountable, resolve cross-team bottlenecks and build a team that doesn’t need constant chasing.
Who are you?
*You’ve managed teams, solved messy operational problems and improved how things work.
*You’re analytical, decisive, comfortable with difficult conversations and capable of acting without a playbook.
If you need instructions at every step, or think management is about meetings, trackers and reminders, this isn’t for you.
