We are looking for skilled Full Stack Developers with hands-on AI Agent development experience to join our team! Position: Associate Tech Specialist / Tech Specialist – Full Stack with AI Experience: 7+ Years Open Positions: 7 Location: Remote initially; candidates must be from **Hyderabad or Bangalore** Work Mode: Work from office 5 days a week after selection Mandatory: HR Domain & HRMS Experience Role Overview We are seeking experienced professionals who can work across modern frontend components, legacy JavaScript backend systems, TypeScript, Python services, and agentic AI workflows using LangGraph and AWS Bedrock. Key Responsibilities - Develop responsive frontend components using Lit, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Build and maintain backend services using legacy ES5 JavaScript and modern TypeScript/Python. - Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs with authentication and role-based access control. - Work with relational databases, schema design, joins, and query optimization. - Develop AI agent workflows using LangGraph, including graph design, state management, and checkpointing. - Extend and debug Python/FastAPI services using Pydantic and asynchronous programming. - Write API and end-to-end tests using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. - Work with Git, GitHub Actions, Docker Compose, and code reviews. - Use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code responsibly, validating and owning generated code.
