The challenge isn't just building features. It's building a backend that remains reliable, secure, and maintainable as the platform grows. We're looking for a Senior Java Developer with 6+ years of backend experience who takes ownership beyond writing code. What you'll work on: • Java 25 and Spring Boot 4 modular monolith • REST API design using OpenAPI contracts • PostgreSQL with row-level security for tenant isolation • Database migrations using Flyway • Business features from requirements through implementation, testing, and documentation What matters most to us? Strong fundamentals over framework chasing. Logical thinking over blindly following requirements. Ownership over simply closing tickets. Readable code over unnecessary complexity. We value engineers who understand why a solution works, question assumptions, and consider the long-term impact of their decisions. You'll be a great fit if you can translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical solutions, troubleshoot SQL performance issues, write tests alongside features, and take responsibility for what reaches production. Experience with Testcontainers, ArchUnit, Docker, Gradle, multi-tenant SaaS, or real estate platforms is a plus.
