We’ve spent two years building 𝗥𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗼. Now I’m hiring people to help us take it much further. With 𝗡𝘂𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗢𝗦, our recent 𝗣𝗠𝗦 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 launch, 𝗚𝗜𝗙𝗧 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 and the payments business we’re building in GIFT City, the scope of our work has grown considerably. We’re serving 25+ financial institutions, enabling onboarding for investors across 60+ countries. The work now spans across Leading Banks, Brokers, Custodians and Asset Managers, each trusting us with an important part of their customer’s journey. I’m proud of what our team has built. We’ve worked through difficult problems in onboarding, compliance and institutional integrations, and seeing that work go live is incredibly satisfying. These hires will have a real say in what we build next. You’ll work closely with me and the founding team. You’ll be in partner conversations, negotiate decisions that matter, and take responsibility for getting things live. We’ll expect you to understand the business deeply enough to challenge us and make it better. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿, 𝗚𝗜𝗙𝗧 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 Lead our GIFT City office as we build the payments business, with responsibility for regulatory engagement, operations, commercial relationships and the local team. 📍 GIFT City · 5+ years 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 Build and grow our international partnerships, own commercial negotiations and explore new markets and business opportunities with the founding team. 📍 Bangalore · In-office, travel involved · 5+ years with international exposure 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 Build institutional relationships and own deals from first conversation to closure. You should know how to keep a deal moving when approvals get complicated. 📍 Bangalore / Mumbai · 2-4 years 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Lead the “how will this work with our systems?” conversation. Design the integration with our product and engineering teams, and see it through to launch. 📍 Mumbai · 3-5 years 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 & 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 Work on new opportunities and partnerships, from researching a market to getting into conversations and turning them into business. 📍 Bangalore · Early career; prior consulting, Founder’s Office, BD or sales experience There’s a lot here for someone who wants to build. You’ll get access, responsibility and the backing to make decisions. In return, I’ll expect you to stay close to the details and follow through, especially when things get difficult.
