Rayna Tours is expanding our Destination Portfolio and we are looking for 2 dedicated professionals to join us, based on-site. In this role, you'll own product onboarding, supplier coordination, and day-to-day product maintenance — keeping everything accurate, bookable, and commercially ready across both B2B and B2C channels. 📍 Location: Pune, India 🗓️ Start: Immediate - Preferred What you'll do: Coordinate with suppliers across destinations for tours, attractions, experiences, transfers, restaurants, guides, island activities, and city tours — keeping pricing, availability, descriptions, timings, and terms up to date. Collect and manage supplier rates, contracts, inclusions/exclusions, cancellation and child policies, blackout dates, and payment terms. Keep product details accurate across internal systems and sales channels, and support contracting, promotions, rate comparisons, and contract renewals. Maintain supplier files, contracts, rate sheets, and product SOPs. Coordinate with content, systems, sales, reservations, and operations teams to get products loaded and sale-ready. Monitor product performance, supplier service levels, and pricing competitiveness. Spot new product opportunities and recommend improvements to the destination portfolio.
