- Execute MEP quantity surveying and cost estimation for large-scale residential, commercial, and aviation projects.
- Manage project lifecycle for MEPF installations ensuring compliance with international quality standards.
- Lead data analytics initiatives by transforming project performance data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track project health, budgets, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with global project support teams to align US and UK project requirements with on-site delivery.
- Perform technical due diligence and peer reviews to optimize cost-efficiency and construction timelines.
