As the Quality Head, you will oversee the end-to-end quality assurance function for Napino Aumovio's electronics manufacturing lines. You will bridge the gap between production efficiency and stringent automotive industry compliance standards.

- Direct cross-functional teams to resolve complex manufacturing defects and root cause analysis.
- Manage quality monitoring systems and performance KPIs across the production floor.
- Facilitate regular audits and regulatory inspections to ensure product safety and compliance.
- Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement and waste reduction in electronic assembly.
