Your work directly enables the financial efficiency of our platform as we scale our operations nationally.
what you'll do:
- Execute full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment scheduling.
- Reconcile vendor and partner accounts to ensure financial data integrity and resolution of discrepancies.
- Manage monthly payout cycles for mutual fund distributors accurately and on time.
- Maintain detailed books of accounts in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing inquiries and reconcile transaction reports.
- Generate periodic financial reports to support internal audits and management decision-making.
