RevRag.AI is transforming the customer onboarding lifecycle for the BFSI sector by deploying embedded AI agents that navigate users through dense workflows. You will join our core engineering team to architect and deploy highly accurate, multilingual conversational models that trigger real-time, context-aware interventions. This role is pivotal in scaling our inference engine to handle millions of onboarding sessions while maintaining low latency and high security standards.
what you'll do:
- Design and deploy production-grade LLM pipelines tailored for complex BFSI onboarding workflows.
- Develop RAG architectures to ground AI agent responses in proprietary and secure financial documentation.
- Optimize inference performance to ensure sub-second latency for real-time user guidance.
- Implement automated evaluation frameworks to monitor agent accuracy and minimize hallucinations.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to refine agent interaction triggers and multilingual intent decoding.
- Architect scalable backend services on AWS to support high-concurrency model deployment and event-driven data processing.
