As a Founding Engineer, you will own the end-to-end backend architecture and influence key product decisions from day one. You will work directly with the founders to deploy performant RAG pipelines and scalable machine learning systems in production.

- Design and implement scalable backend architectures for generative AI workflows
- Architect and optimize high-performance retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
- Manage containerized deployments using Docker and orchestrate workloads on Kubernetes
- Build robust APIs to support complex AI agent interactions
- Establish CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid iteration and production stability
- Mentor early engineering hires and define technical standards for the codebase
