As a See engineer, you will work on the core intelligence layer that parses professional profiles and benchmarks them against organizational needs. This role is pivotal in shaping the underlying models and data pipelines that power our agentic hiring platform.
what you'll do:
- Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines for processing unstructured candidate profile data
- Integrate large language models into core matching workflows to improve evaluation accuracy
- Collaborate with product and engineering to translate recruitment domain logic into scalable code
- Optimize retrieval systems to ensure low-latency candidate surfacing for recruiters
- Monitor model performance and implement feedback loops to refine matching algorithms
- Execute end-to-end technical projects from architectural design to production deployment
