As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead cross-functional squads building resilient IoT management systems and machine learning pipelines. You will bridge the gap between complex operational technology (OT) requirements and modern software architecture, ensuring our platform maintains zero-downtime reliability at enterprise scale.
what you'll do:
- Manage and mentor high-performing software engineering squads focused on edge computing and AI-ML integration.
- Define technical roadmaps for the development of our unified endpoint management and security orchestration platform.
- Architect scalable distributed systems to process telemetry data from tens of thousands of IoT endpoints in real-time.
- Coordinate with product and data science teams to transition ML research models into autonomous healing and predictive maintenance workflows.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle for Python-based services and edge agents, ensuring code quality and operational excellence.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies to ensure continuous compliance and security posture for heterogeneous device fleets.
