You will work within our core logistics engine to improve delivery precision, order batching algorithms, and rider dispatch efficiency. This role is central to maintaining the high availability and performance of our three-sided marketplace in a hybrid, collaborative setting.

- Design and implement robust backend services to support high-throughput delivery operations.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve rider dispatch times and delivery route efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features into our global ordering platform.
- Maintain high standards of code quality through comprehensive code reviews and automated testing.
- Scale existing microservices to handle significant fluctuations in order volume during peak hours.
- Debug and resolve complex production incidents in distributed system environments.
