RheumaCARE is transitioning from a standalone center of excellence to a national chain, and this role sits at the intersection of business strategy and clinical execution. You will report directly to the leadership team, working on high-priority initiatives including GTM expansion, operational efficiency, and cross-functional project management. This position is critical to standardizing our patient care model while scaling our footprint across India.
what you'll do:
- Execute nationwide GTM strategy for new clinic launches and market entry.
- Structure and solve ambiguous business problems using data-backed analysis and modeling.
- Collaborate with clinical leads to optimize the patient experience and operational throughput.
- Develop performance dashboards to monitor key clinical and business KPIs across all locations.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders including medical specialists, operations, and marketing teams.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand our diagnostic and treatment service lines.
