Fintech, banking, lending, or payments experience is a massive plus! Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL is a must. Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages is a big advantage. Experimentation: A proven track record of designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests. Data Viz: Deep experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to build impactful dashboards. Advanced Skills: Hands-on experience with Machine Learning is highly preferred. Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You need to be able to distill complex data into clear insights and influence cross-functional teams.
