As a Principal Engineer, you will define the architectural vision for our core agent systems, context graphs, and backend services. This role serves as a bridge between product direction and technical execution, establishing clear ownership boundaries across our full-stack and ML infrastructure.
what you'll do:
- Design and scale resilient architectures for agent-driven engines and complex contact graphs
- Translate high-level product requirements into phased, actionable technical roadmaps
- Establish clear service boundaries and data contracts between frontend, BFF, and core backend systems
- Standardize MLOps patterns and deployment workflows for integrating LLMs into production
- Mentor senior engineers to elevate code quality, system design, and architectural thinking across the organization
- Collaborate with ML and product teams to optimize latency and reliability for real-time feedback processing
