As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and implement high-concurrency systems that match demand with supply in real-time. You will work on critical infrastructure that supports millions of monthly transactions, directly impacting the livelihoods of our driver partners and the growth of our MSME clients.
what you'll do:
- Design and build scalable microservices using Go to handle high-frequency logistics transactions.
- Optimize existing distributed systems for low latency and high availability to support our nationwide operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and data teams to ship modular, testable, and maintainable code.
- Lead technical design reviews and architectural discussions for new feature development.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and implementation of engineering best practices.
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks in production environments.
why join: Porter has scaled to over 20 crore successful trips and recently secured Series F funding to aggressively expand its technology-driven logistics network.
