As a Data Scientist, you will sit at the core of our AI-first infrastructure, analyzing proprietary data points to drive credit risk assessment and product personalization. You will work closely with our founding team to scale our models as we continue to expand our profitable, asset-light financial ecosystem.
what you'll do:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for credit risk scoring and financial product recommendation engines.
- Analyze massive, proprietary datasets to extract actionable insights for our social distribution flywheel.
- Write efficient, production-ready Python code to integrate models into our core AI operating layer.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Execute complex SQL queries to perform deep-dive analysis on customer behavior and freelancer performance.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data projects, from hypothesis generation to model monitoring and optimization.
