Meant To Be Inc is building the next generation of personalized marketplace experiences in stealth. We are looking for an ML Engineer to take full ownership of our core recommendation engines and search ranking systems. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical foundation, moving from initial architecture to large-scale production deployment.
what you'll do:
- Design and implement end-to-end production machine learning pipelines for real-time recommendations.
- Develop and optimize ranking models for core search functionality to improve user discovery and engagement.
- Own the full lifecycle of ML systems, from data pipeline construction to model deployment and A/B testing.
- Analyze large-scale e-commerce datasets to identify patterns and implement personalization strategies.
- Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to optimize model latency and throughput in a high-concurrency environment.
- Evaluate and iterate on model performance metrics using offline validation and online experimentation frameworks.
