The Engineering Systems team is seeking a dedicated Polarion Administrator to oversee our application lifecycle management infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining, scaling, and optimizing the Polarion environment to support our cross-functional engineering teams. Your work will directly impact how we develop and deliver the next generation of mining technology, ensuring seamless tool integration and workflow automation.
what you'll do:
- Configure and maintain the Siemens Polarion ALM platform to meet evolving engineering process requirements.
- Manage user access, permissions, and license allocations across global teams.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and workflows using the Polarion API to automate complex project lifecycles.
- Troubleshoot platform performance issues and coordinate with internal IT and vendor support for root cause analysis.
- Design and implement system migrations, upgrades, and patch deployments in a controlled environment.
- Provide technical training and documentation to engineering teams on optimal tool usage and best practices.
