- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 engineers to deliver high-impact features on our digital platform
- Design and implement scalable technical architectures for our sourcing and vehicle discovery engines
- Manage the full software development lifecycle from planning and estimation to deployment and monitoring
- Partner with product managers to define roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Foster a high-performance engineering culture through rigorous code reviews and design discussions
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS to handle increasing traffic and data processing requirements
