You will manage a high-caliber team of engineers, guiding architectural decisions for our core microservices infrastructure. This role is pivotal in scaling our technical capabilities to handle large-scale recruitment data across the Asia-Pacific region.
what you'll do:
- Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team, focusing on professional development and performance outcomes
- Architect and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Go to support high-volume recruitment traffic
- Drive the adoption of best practices in system design, data structures, and algorithms
- Oversee the deployment and orchestration of services using Kubernetes and Kafka for asynchronous processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business objectives
- Lead code reviews, design documentation, and engineering excellence initiatives within the team
