Bureau is building an orchestration platform for identity decisioning, risk, and fraud monitoring. As a Product Designer, you will translate complex compliance and security workflows into intuitive, high-trust digital experiences. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to solve identity-based problems from the ground up for our growing suite of B2B and consumer-facing tools.

- Design and prototype end-to-end user flows for complex identity orchestration workflows.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to ship 0-to-1 features from concept to production.
- Utilize design tools like Figma to build high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Incorporate AI-assisted design workflows using Claude to iterate on design logic and user testing synthesis.
- Conduct user research to refine trust-building interfaces for diverse digital identities.
- Collaborate on the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency across the Bureau platform.
