As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of software engineering and systems architecture to ensure the uptime, performance, and scalability of our global travel platforms. You will work within a high-traffic environment where millions of bookings are processed weekly, requiring you to bridge the gap between infrastructure maintenance and product development. This role focuses on building robust automation, reducing toil, and designing fault-tolerant systems that keep our multi-brand ecosystem running seamlessly.

- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions that support high-concurrency travel search and booking traffic.
- Develop automation tools and frameworks to manage large-scale service deployments and configuration consistency.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on production incidents to identify root causes and implement permanent architectural fixes.
- Optimize resource utilization and capacity planning across complex distributed systems to balance performance and cost.
- Define and maintain service level objectives (SLOs) and error budgets to prioritize engineering efforts.
