This role focuses on architecting and deploying agentic workflows that drive player engagement and operational efficiency across our games. You will operate within our Bengaluru studio, collaborating with global teams to iterate on product-focused AI solutions that scale across our $10B+ revenue ecosystem.
what you'll do:
- Design and implement scalable agentic workflows to automate game mechanics and user interaction pipelines.
- Develop production-ready machine learning models integrated into the Playgami™ technology stack.
- Collaborate with game designers and product managers to identify opportunities for AI-driven feature enhancements.
- Manage the end-to-end SDLC for AI components, from data collection and training to deployment and monitoring.
- Optimize existing AI infrastructure to reduce latency and improve the performance of live-operated titles.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers to maintain high standards of technical excellence and architectural integrity.
