As a Performance Marketer, you will join our strategy team to own paid acquisition efforts for a portfolio of clients across various sectors. Your work will directly influence the scaling efforts of our clients, bridging the gap between artistic creative execution and rigorous performance measurement.
what you'll do:
- Manage and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop and execute end-to-end media strategies aligned with specific client growth objectives.
- Analyze performance data to identify key trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities for ROAS and CAC.
- Collaborate with our internal creative teams to iterate on ad assets based on performance insights.
- Conduct thorough A/B testing on audiences, bidding strategies, and creative messaging to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor daily campaign pacing and budget distribution to ensure adherence to client targets.
