This role is pivotal for scaling our assessment engine and refining the user experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack features using Python and modern web frameworks
- Design and implement intuitive UI components for interactive business case simulations
- Integrate AI service APIs to provide real-time coaching feedback to users
- Optimize database queries and API response times for a seamless candidate experience
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations
