- Design and manage strategic total rewards and benefits packages tailored to corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to integrate insurance solutions into broader employee wellness programs.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
- Analyze industry trends to optimize benefits structures and maximize value for both employers and members.
- Lead client discussions to influence benefit design decisions and drive engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance benefit implementations, from planning to deployment.
