NVIDIA is seeking a Lead System Software Engineer to drive firmware development for server management controllers. You will work on critical low-level software that governs CPU, GPU, networking, and storage components within our data center architectures. This role focuses on advancing platform security and system reliability for complex server environments.

- Design and develop robust BMC firmware for high-performance server hardware.
- Implement and maintain low-level drivers for platform management communication protocols.
- Optimize firmware performance for multi-threaded environments and interrupt-driven operations.
- Integrate and manage MCTP stacks to ensure reliable communication across server subsystems.
- Perform deep-level system debugging using oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and logic analyzers.
- Collaborate on hardware-firmware interface definitions for ARM and x86-based server designs.
