This role sits at the intersection of product engineering and client delivery, working directly with the founding team to shape our technology from the ground up. You will be responsible for translating complex enterprise requirements into robust, scalable features. As one of our first engineering hires, you will have significant influence over the technical architecture and the early engineering culture of the company.
what you'll do:
- Design and implement end-to-end features using a full-stack approach.
- Collaborate directly with founding members to translate vague requirements into functional software.
- Engage with enterprise clients to understand their needs and tailor technical solutions accordingly.
- Develop and maintain secure, performant back-end services to support core product functionality.
- Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Iterate rapidly based on direct feedback cycles to refine product direction.
