Tal is an AI talent agent platform focused on rethinking how hiring and talent matching work. As an intern, you will contribute directly to our core product by building features that bridge the gap between AI capabilities and user workflows. You will work closely with our engineering team to improve our underlying models and application interface.

- Develop and maintain scalable backend services to support AI-driven talent matching features.
- Integrate Large Language Models into application workflows to enhance data analysis and user interaction.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Python and Node.js.
- Optimize SQL queries and database interactions to ensure application performance.
- Collaborate with the team to debug, test, and deploy new features.
- Contribute to documentation and participate in peer code reviews.
