As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead complex technical initiatives that power our consumer-facing brand, FableRoom, and our B2B design-to-delivery platform. You will work across the full stack to solve challenges in e-commerce, logistics, and product development, helping us scale our operations while maintaining operational excellence.

- Design and implement scalable architecture for our B2B and M2C e-commerce platforms.
- Lead technical strategy for core features including order management, supply chain tracking, and customer discovery.
- Mentor engineering talent to improve code quality, system design, and overall engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps that support company growth.
- Optimize existing backend infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance for global users.
- Establish best practices for code reviews, testing, and continuous deployment within the engineering team.
