As one of the early technical leaders, you will partner directly with the founders to translate early product vision into a robust technical foundation. You will own the full engineering lifecycle, defining development standards and hiring strategies as the team grows. This is a foundational role for someone capable of managing complex systems while remaining deeply involved in tactical execution.
