Tal is an AI talent agent designed to streamline direct hiring between employers and candidates. As a UCDI, you will contribute to the core functionality of our platform as we scale our operations following our public launch. This role focuses on optimizing user workflows and technical implementation to ensure a seamless hiring experience for both bosses and talent.

- Design and implement user-centric features that facilitate direct hiring connections.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI-driven insights into the user workflow.
- Execute technical tasks related to the internal Ivi and Jcj frameworks.
- Maintain clean and maintainable codebases to support platform stability.
- Translate user requirements into functional product components.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to improve system performance.
