As part of the Founders Office, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy and human capital. This role is designed for a versatile operator who wants to bridge the gap between building a high-performing team and driving the operational execution of our rental platform. You will report directly to leadership and play a critical role in scaling our organization through thoughtful recruitment and people-centric processes.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines to attract and onboard talent across business and operational functions.
- Develop and execute people operations strategies to foster a strong organizational culture.
- Partner with the founding team to translate company goals into actionable hiring and team-building initiatives.
- Streamline internal processes to ensure efficient onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Analyze key people metrics to refine recruitment and retention efforts as the organization scales.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects that support the growth of Flent's rental operations.
