As a founding AI/ML Engineer, you will work on the engine that powers our platform, moving beyond traditional search to build systems that identify and engage passive candidates. You will be responsible for end-to-end ML development, from data architecture to model deployment, directly shaping our core product.
what you'll do:
- Design and implement machine learning workflows to identify high-potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain RAG systems to enhance information retrieval and candidate matching.
- Build robust architectures to process and analyze large-scale datasets.
- Engineer web crawlers and data pipelines to aggregate and standardize professional data.
- Collaborate on the end-to-end product lifecycle from prototyping to production deployment.
- Solve complex data retrieval and classification challenges to optimize search relevance.
